You will be paid electronically every three months (up to 4 times) for study activities completed during those 3 months.
- Payment is sent electronically. We will send you an email with instructions on redeeming your payment once we have processed our payment to you.
- We use a payment partner, Tremendous, to distribute our electronic payment. The payment emails you receive will come from rewards@tremendous.com.
- Once you receive a reward email, you will have the option to redeem the reward as a direct deposit to your bank account or as a gift card of your choice. If you do not see this reward in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam folder.
- W9 Tax Form Once you earn $600 in a calendar year, you will be asked to complete a W-9 form (which will ask for your Social Security number) through Tremendous. The form will be emailed to you by Tremendous, at the appropriate time.
- IBDoc at-home stool tests compensation (up to $250) is paid out and sent to you electronically once the entire study is complete, not quarterly.

- Payment #1 ($25): Sent within 4 weeks of completion of all enrollment steps
For the remainder of the study, you will be paid electronically every three months (up to 4 times) for study activities completed during those 3 months.
- $1 for each daily survey (up to $364 total)
- $3 for each weekly survey (up to $156 total)
- $10 for each IBDoc stool sample collection (up to $250) → payout sent when study is complete, not quarterly
- $50 for completing all activities asked during each monthly sample collection → 3 stools, and 1 saliva, including phlebotomist visit (up to $650)
- $10 for the final survey
*Please note that you will receive additional compensation, if we ask you for additional sample collection.
