Pre-enrollment
Once deemed eligible to partake in the study, the following activities are to be completed as part of your enrollment in the study, you’ll be paid ($25) for completing ALL of these activities:
- Initial survey → This will be emailed to you, and is to be completed in our https://cor.study.evidation.com/ilumenate/log-in
- Download the IBDoc CalApp → After completing the initial survey, expect an email from IBDoc to create a password for the CalApp, this is an innovative stool self assessment app you’ll be using throughout the study.
- Fitbit device will automatically be shipped to you → When you receive it, please ‘connect it’ to the Study Dashboard: https://cor.study.evidation.com/ilumenate/log-in
- Schedule your first at-home phlebotomist visit → Our partner ExamOne will call you within a few business days of completing your initial survey, to schedule your first mobile phlebotomist visit (a phlebotomist is someone who is qualified to draw your blood) OR you can call them now at 888-302-7652
- Sample Storage → The day or morning before your phlebotomist visit - complete your first IBDoc at-home stool calprotectin test. For detailed IBDoc instructions on how to do this: CLICK HERE
