Every month you will receive a monthly kit delivery with 4 stools and 1 saliva sample kits.
- Do the following every month:
- Take (2) IBDoc at-home stool tests using the CalApp
- 1 test every 2 weeks

Do the following once per month, all Stool Kits (#1-3) tests must be done using the same stool and 1 IBDoc test
- Kit #1 OMNImet GUT Stool Kit
- Kit #2 OMNIgene GUT Stool Kit
- Kit #3 FecesContain-3
- Kit #4 OMNIgene ORAL Saliva Collection Kit
Please label each kit accordingly, for example:
- Take the label XXXXXX-FecesContain-3 and write the date that you completed Kit #3 FecesContain-3 stool sample.
- Place the label on the completed FecesContain-3 stool sample.
- Repeat for other completed samples. Be sure to save the blood collection tube labels for the Phlebotomists.
Please complete the following the day before or the morning that the phlebotomist visits
4 stool sample collections using the same stool:
- Complete 1 IBDoc stool test using the IBDoc CalApp, keep IBDoc sample collection kits in the refrigerator prior to use, and discard after sample collection.
- Kit #1 OMNImet GUT Stool Kit→ keep at room temperature after collection
- Kit #2 OMNIgene GUT Stool Kit→ keep at room temperature after collection
- Kit #3 FecesContain-3→ put it in the freezer after collection
- 1 saliva sample collection kit
- Kit #4 OMNIgene ORAL Saliva Collection Kit→ keep at room temperature after collection
